Our line of autoclavable boxes is designed for the dental sector and includes containers for burs and other instruments used by dentists. It is the result of over ten years of work and close collaboration with our customers: we test each product to ensure functionality and reliability and respond to the specific needs of the dental profession.
The range includes nine autoclavable boxes with hinged lids of different sizes, specially designed to house the most significant number of instruments in the least possible space and have them immediately available when needed.
We can customize each box in all its parts. The lid is available in seven colors (gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange, and yellow), and the tray and the bottom can accommodate the stainless steel bowls. It can be optimized according to your needs. For minimum quantities, we can also customize the color of the base and the tray. You can decide the arrangement, color, and size of the silicone supports and choose to add the codes and drawings of the instruments to make the surgical path clearer. You can insert colored logos to complete the product.
The Ippi instrument holders are made of certified plastic material and are suitable for steam sterilization.
The products in the series are made of PPSU polyphenylsulfone.
Boxes can be CE-marked. All of their components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation. All our containers are equipped with a use and maintenance manual.
The boxes and the accessories sold separately (the silicone supports and the stainless steel trays) can be steam-sterilized up to 134 °C.
Each surgical kit is different, and the quantity and size of the instruments may vary. We have created several steam-sterilizable containers, customizable in every detail, from FIDEMO box to the compact and handy OLV SLIM and OLV MID models, suitable for hosting a small number of tools.
OLV SMOOTH
The OLV SMOOTH container consists of a base and a lid that snap together. Once opened, the lid can be placed underneath the base. The internal height of the lid is designed to accommodate even the longest burs.
OLV SMOOTH L
OLV SMOOTH L with compact dimensions, it is ideal for creating accessory or replacement kits. The box consists of a base and a lid that are kept closed by tow silicone elastic bands. This bands ensures that the lid stays securely in place on the base, providing a safe and practical closure. Once opened, the lid can be placed under the base and secured again with the elastic bands.
FIDEMO
The OLV FIDEMO container, the most spacious of the autoclavable containers, has a hinged lid that opens up to 360° that can be placed under the housing part of the instruments to take up as little space as possible. The OLV FIDEMO autoclavable box is available in the standard model and in the PLUS model, which includes a removable bottom housed under the tray, pre-drilled for the insertion of instrument holder brackets.
OLV VISIC8
The OLV VISIC8 container, the smallest of the series, has a removable tray and a hinged lid which, when opened, tilts to make it easier to access the instruments on the tray. On the bottom, there are practical non-slip silicone feet.
OLV VISICTEEN
The OLV VISICTEEN container is suitable for small quantities of instruments but is large enough also to accommodate longer ratchets and torque wrenches. It has a removable tray and a hinged lid that tilts when opened for easier access to the tools on the tray. On the bottom, there are practical non-slip silicone feet.
OLV VISICTY
The OLV VISICTY container is of intermediate size and allows you to create complete kits while saving space in the autoclave. It has a removable tray and a hinged lid that tilts when opened for easier access to the tools on the tray. On the bottom, there are practical non-slip silicone feet.
OLV VISICZY
The OLV VISICZY box , is suitable for creating kits with long and large instruments. It has a removable tray for access to any instruments in the base. Once opened, the hinged cover tilts for easier access to the instruments on the tray. To house insruments horizontally, Z holders can be placed on the tray.
OLV VISICAT
The OLV VISICAT container is, together with the OLV ONE model, the most used for surgical kits and allows you to insert all the necessary instruments, leaving space for writings and logos. It features a removable tray and a hinged lid that tilts when opened for easier access to the tools on the tray. On the bottom, there are practical non-slip silicone feet.
OLV
The OLV container has small dimensions and is optimal for kits with 10 to 30 instruments. It has a hinged lid that opens to 180° to allow the internal tray to be housed on the top and make any tools on the bottom accessible.
OLV ONE
Together with the VISICAT model, the OLV ONE container is the most used for surgical kits. It allows you to insert all the instruments, leaving space for writing and logos. Its hinged lid opens to 180° and enables you to align the internal tray on the top and makes accessible any tools on the bottom.
OLV TOO
The OLV TOO container has an elongated shape and is perfect for containing tools such as screwdrivers and handpieces. Thanks to the hinged lid, which opens to 180°, the internal tray can be housed on the cover, making any tools on the bottom accessible.
OLV SLIM – OLV MID
The OLV SLIM and OLV MID containers have the same elongated shape as the OLV, but they don’t have a tray and are lower in height to save space in the autoclave. Inside, you can place all the silicone stirrups in our catalog and those designed for these models, which have five positions and are available for instruments of 8 or 10-mm diameter.
Custom plastic autoclavable boxes
We have been working with thermoplastic resins for fifty years. We produce custom plastic boxes and plastic containers with various cases.
All our models, from the OLV FIDEMO to the smallest OLV VISIC8, are born with a tray without holes that we can customize according to your needs. You can choose the color and size of the silicone holders and where to place them on the tray. If you need more space, we can also house additional tool holder brackets on the bottom. We assist you throughout the design phase of your kit by providing you with a final drawing with all the features you need.
Designing your kit becomes easier with our configurator. The program is user-friendly and you will find all the instructions needed. Choose your box model and start by inserting the silicone supports, assign the desired color, insert the metal trays and the texts to be laser marked, if you want to. Once you are done you can download the PDF and send us your design directly from the configurator, together we will refine it to make your kit ideal.
