OLV SLIM and OLV MID autoclavable boxes
OLV MID and OLV SLIM are autoclavable boxes that are part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. The OLV SLIM and OLV MID boxes have the same elongated shape as the OLV TOO but are without the tray and are shorter in order to save space in the autoclave.
Technical features of OLV SLIM and OLV MID
The OLV SLIM and OLV MID boxes have a hinged cover that can open 180°, transforming the box into a convenient tray.
Like every product in Ippi’s line of autoclavable boxes, OLV SLIM and OLV MID are also made of plastic material that can be steam sterilized in an autoclave up to a temperature of 134 °C.
The OLV SLIM and OLV MID boxes are CE-marked and FDA-registered. All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.
Dimensions
OLV SLIM and OLV MID have the same base dimension of 197 mm x 97 mm.
The SLIM model has a height of 30 mm the MID model has a height of 45 mm.

OLV SLIM and OLV MID can be completely customized to meet your needs by changing any element and accessory of the box.
The arrangement of the instruments after use can be made more clear by inserting the names and shapes of the tools by means of laser marking. The surgical kit can be customized by inserting colored logos printed with resistant inks that are made of materials suitable for sterilization in an autoclave.

How to dispose of OLV SLIM and OLV MID: recycling instructions
The OLV SLIM and OLV MID autoclavable boxes are made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). The recycling code is “plastic collection 07”.
