OLV TOO autoclavable box
OLV TOO is an autoclavable box that is part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. It has an elongated shape and is perfect for holding instruments such as screwdrivers and handles.
Technical features of OLV TOO
The OLV TOO box has a removable tray. Its hinged cover can be opened up to 180° allowing the internal tray to be housed on the cover so access can be gained to any instruments in the base of the box.
Like every product in Ippi’s line of autoclavable boxes, OLV TOO is also made of plastic material that can be steam sterilized in an autoclave up to a temperature of 134 °C.
The OLV TOO box is CE-marked and FDA-registered. All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.
Colors
The lower parts of OLV TOO, which houses the instruments, have a neutral color, while the lid has seven color variants: gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange, and yellow. For minimum quantities, it is also possible to customize the color of the bottom and the tray.
Dimensions
OLV TOO is available in just one standard size:
197 mm x 97 mm x 60 mm.
The internal instrument holding tray has a height of 24.2 mm.

OLV TOO can be completely customized to meet your needs by changing any element and accessory of the box.
The surgical path and the arrangement of the instruments after use can be made more clear by inserting the names and shapes of the tools by means of laser marking. The surgical kit can be customized by inserting colored logos printed with resistant inks that are made of materials suitable for sterilization in an autoclave.

How to dispose of OLV TOO: recycling instructions
The OLV TOO autoclavable box is made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). The recycling code is “plastic collection 07”.
