To complete the autoclavable box, we offer different types of silicone instrument holders. The silicone supports can house instruments vertically (standard grommets, low-profile grommets and concealed grommets) or horizontally (holders). Based on the type, the instruments can be housed either on the tray or in the base of the boxes They have different dimensions to accommodate all types of instruments and various colors in order to better identify the characterize the kit.
The silicone instrument holders can be steam sterilized in an autoclave at a temperature of up to 134°C. They can undergo numerous sterilization cycles, maintaining their elasticity and ensuring the correct hold of the instruments.
The silicone instrument holders were designed and developed to meet the different needs of our customers and are continuously evolving. We have three different models for the vertical positioning of instruments: standard, concealed and low-profile for taller drills. Different types of instrument holders are available for horizontal positioning. For specific needs we can provide special supports, such as the TLP support to hold the bowls or the PL5 to attach to plates with holes or drill stops.
Z Supports
The Z instrument holder supports allow horizontal positioning of zygomatic burrs and other long instruments. The shank is firmly fastened by standard grommets, while the instrument portion rests on a customizable PPSU support.
Standard Grommet
The silicone STANDARD GROMMET is used to house instruments that must be positioned vertically. It is available in different sizes and colors in order to hold all types of instruments.
Lowered Grommet
The LOWERED GROMMET is created to hold longer drills without having to resort to a taller box, which occupies more space in the autoclave.
Flat Grommet
The FLAT GROMMET is available in 12 colors and in different models to hold all the various sizes of instruments and accessories in a vertical position.
Instrument holders
The INSTRUMENT HOLDERS are used to hold all types of instruments, which are positioned horizontally in the autoclavable boxes. Available in two colors: blue and gray.
Silicone TLP tray holder
The TLP support is used to hold our steel BEAN BOWL or other types of bowls that have borders and a height of approximately 13 mm. It is available in two colors: blue and gray.
PL5 support
The PL5 silicone support is used to retain plates with different diameter holes and can be used as a stop holder. It is available in two color variants: blue and gray.
