OLV VISICZY autoclavable box

OLV VISICZY is an autoclavable box that is part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. The OLV VISICZY box , is suitable for creating kits with long and large instruments.

Technical features of OLV VISICZY

The OLV VISICZY box has a removable tray for access to any instruments in the base. Once opened, the hinged cover tilts for easier access to the instruments on the tray. Practical anti-slip silicone feet can be inserted into the base. To house insruments horizontally, Z holders can be placed on the tray (find out all model in the dedicate page)

Like every product in Ippi’s line of autoclavable boxes, OLV VISICZY is also made of plastic material that can be steam sterilized in an autoclave up to a temperature of 134 °C.

The OLV VISICZY box is CE-marked and FDA-registered. All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.

Colors

The lower neutral colored part of OLV VISICZY houses the instruments, while the cover is available in seven color variants: gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange, and yellow. For minimum quantities, the color of the base and the tray can also be customized.

OLV VISICZY is available in just one standard size:

210mm x 103mm x 65mm.

The surgical path and the arrangement of the instruments after use can be made more clear by inserting the names and shapes of the tools by means of laser marking. The surgical kit holder can be customized by inserting colored logos printed with resistant inks that are made of materials suitable for sterilization in an autoclave.
