OLV SMOOTH autoclavable box
OLV SMOOTH is an autoclavable box that is part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. With extremely compact dimensions, it is ideal for creating accessory or replacement kits.
Technical features of OLV SMOOTH
The OLV SMOOTH container consists of a base and a lid that snap together. Once opened, the lid can be placed underneath the base. The internal height of the lid is designed to accommodate even the longest burs.
Like all products in the Ippi autoclaveable box range, OLV SMOOTH is made of plastic material and can be steam-sterilized in an autoclave at temperatures of up to 134 °C.
The OLV SMOOTH container can be CE marked.
All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.
Colors
The lower neutral colored part of OLV SMOOTH houses the instruments, while the cover is available in seven color variants: gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange, and yellow. For minimum quantities, the color of the base can also be customized.
Models and dimensions
OLV SMOOTH offers a range of models that can meet various needs, with silicone supports available in configurations of 4, 5, 6, or 9 units. Additionally, the mute version allows for total customization, enabling users to adapt the product to their specific preferences.
How to dispose of OLV SMOOTH: recycling instructions
The OLV SMOOTH autoclavable box is made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). The recycling code is “plastic collection 07”.
