The LOWERED GROMMET was created to hold longer drills without having to resort to a taller box, which occupies more space in the autoclave.

Technical features of the LOWERED GROMMET

The LOWERED GROMMET is available in 2 different diameters and can also hold longer drills in a vertical position.

It is made of silicone and can be steam sterilized in an autoclave at a temperature of up to 134°C.

Like all the silicone supports made for the autoclavable boxes, the LOWERED GROMMET maintains its elasticity even after many sterilization cycles, thus ensuring the correct hold of the instruments.                                                         

Colors

Every size is available in 12 different colors: white, yellow, orange, fuchsia, red, purple, light blue, dark blue, green, gray, brown and black.

The LOWERED GROMMET is available in 2 different models, which differ by the type of instruments they can house:

  • TYPE AR, for drills and instruments with a shank of 2.35 mm
  • TYPE KR, for instruments with a shank of 5 mm
