OLV SMOOTH L is an autoclavable box that is part of the Ippi range of products for dental surgeries. With extremely compact dimensions, it is ideal for creating accessory or replacement kits, and is large enough to also hold longer torque and ratchet wrench

Technical features of OLV SMOOTH L

The OLV SMOOTH L box consists of a base and a lid that are kept closed by two silicone elastic bands. These bands ensures that the lid stays securely in place on the base, providing a safe and practical closure. Once opened, the lid can be placed under the base and secured again with the elastic bands. The height of the lid is designed to accommodate even the longest dental burs.

Like every product in Ippi’s line of autoclavable boxes, OLV SMOOTH L is also made of plastic material that can be steam sterilized in an autoclave up to a temperature of 134 °C.

The OLV SMOOTH L box can be CE-marked.

All its components, including the inks for the colored logos, have undergone validation tests.

Colors

The lower neutral colored part of OLV SMOOTH L houses the instruments, while the cover is available in seven color variants: gray, blue, green, purple, red, orange, and yellow. The elastic bands can be red and gray. For minimum quantities, the color of the base and of the elastic band can also be customized.

OLV SMOOTH L offers a range of models that can meet various needs, with silicone supports available in two standard configurations. Additionally, the mute version allows for total customization, enabling users to adapt the product to their specific preferences.
